Built from experience.
Focused on the details.
BuildWise Project Management Co. L.L.C. is a UAE-based project management and construction consultancy founded in 2024.
Our team brings more than 15 years of experience across private and commercial projects, with particular expertise in luxury villas, residential communities and commercial developments.
Hisham Azzuni
With more than 15 years working in the UAE, Hisham has built his experience across project management, construction, design coordination and delivery.
His portfolio includes the Ferrari Maserati showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road, projects involving Al Habtoor, and work with high-net-worth private clients alongside major organisations including Emaar, DAMAC, Wasl and Al Tayer Group, covering brands such as Lincoln, Jaguar, Ford and Range Rover.
BuildWise brings this experience into a more focused consultancy, one where clients have direct access to technical knowledge and an independent view of their project.
One team.
Multiple disciplines.
BuildWise brings together architects, civil engineers and project professionals with experience across residential and commercial environments.
The team's project experience includes Dubai South (DWC), McDonald's, Al Ansari and Al Rasasi, alongside private residential projects.
Our strength comes from bringing different disciplines into the same conversation, from design and construction to quality, cost and handover.
